1. General

All services provided by Myrello (Cindy Voglreiter, Rudolf Peterka Weg 1b10, 8490 Bad Raderksburg ) for the customer are exclusively based on the following terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been individually agreed between MyRello and the Customer and confirmed in writing.

2. Description of the services

MyRello provides products in the areas of Kids (toys, children’s clothing, accessories), electronics & furniture, home, garden, household appliances.

3. Order

A non-binding order is an order form filled out and sent from the homepage or an email with the details of the desired goods. The information must include size, type of product and the desired model. An order is considered binding as soon as Myrello confirms the order and the advance payment for the goods has been made. A withdrawal from the purchase is possible if you cancel the order within 24 hours after receipt of the order.

4. Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the ordered item. If several articles are ordered, the delivery time is based on that article which has the longest delivery time. A division of the order would mean a multiple shipment and would be associated with additional costs and is therefore not carried out for economic reasons. The minimum delivery time is 3-5 business days, the maximum up to 14 days.

5. Size specifications

The size specifications are noted in the product description under each product. Regarding the size specifications of clothing refer to the respective cuts and may well differ slightly from the conventional sizes depending on the cut.

6. Prices

The indicated prices already include the statutory taxes. Price changes are noted to the online stores. Special promotions are valid only in the specified periods and are determined individually by MyRello.

7. Payment

Payment for the goods can be made by instant bank transfer, credit card or even Paypal. Only after confirmation of receipt of payment on the specified account, the processing of the ordered goods. A bank transfer is expected within 5 days, otherwise the order is considered canceled. Payment is made exclusively in euros.

8. Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by size and weight. In the shopping cart, the exact shipping costs are displayed for each order. When shipping to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply.

9. Reclamation

Within 14 days, the customer has the possibility to complain about the delivered goods if they have defects. For incorrectly ordered sizes, a right of complaint can only be granted in exceptional cases. As soon as the goods are washed by the customer, the right of complaint expires prematurely. In the case of a justified complaint, either the purchase price can be refunded or, on request, equivalent goods can be sent. The cost of returning the customer himself. The money will be refunded when the returned item is received again.

10. Limitation of liability

MyRello is not liable for damages other than those resulting from injury to life, body and health. For damage to the products or injury to life, limb and health during the use of one of our articles, we assume no liability. Any further liability for damages is excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

11. Salvatorian clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision whose effects come as close as possible to the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall therefore apply mutatis mutandis in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.
